• Thursday, May 6 – TCRG Monthly Meeting, 8pm
• Saturday, May 8 – “Work Day” at TCRG Clubhouse/Grounds, 9am – lunch provided
• Sunday, May 9 – Outdoor Archery Shoot
• Saturday, May 15 – Traders Day and Coon Dog Field Trial
• May 19, 21, 22 – Concealed Carry (CCW) Certification Class

The TCRG July Newsletter has been posted int he members-only section. If you are a member, please head on over to http://members.tcrg.us, and register/log-in to view.

IMPORTANT: Remember, when registering, be sure to use your LEGAL name as the username. This way we all know who we’re talking to.

The minutes from the January meeting have been posted in the Members Only section of the website.

If you are a member and have not done so already, please be sure to register an account there. You will be unable to access the members section until you have registered and granted access.

If you haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, a number of changes have been made to the club website:

• A number of upgrades were done last month to bring the underlying website systems up to date.
• The “under construction” page has been removed, in favor of club news.
• A new club photo gallery has been added.
• A membership update form has been added. Those of you receiving email probably don’t need to do this, but this is the way to get signed up for the email newsletter for the time being. This also lets the officers know if your mailing address has changed, so if you have an update, be sure to hit that form and get it filled out. Also, get your buddies to do the same.
• A new members-only bulletin board/forum community has been established. You can check that out at http://members.tcrg.us. To get in, you’ll need to register the first time, after which the webmaster will verify your membership with the officers, and grant you full access. Be sure when you sign up to use your real name for a username, so we know who you are. If you have any trouble, contact the webmaster.
• We have a new email distribution system. If you experience any problems with emails, if it shows up funny looking, let us know.
