All members please remember that the January meeting is perhaps one of the most important meetings of the new year.

The meeting will be held Thursday, January 7, 2010 at 8:00 p.m.

Election of 2010 Officers will take place at this meeting, so now is the time to start considering who you would like to nominate for the positions President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Trustee. On meeting night, nominations will be heard, followed by a vote of the members present to elect the new officers.

Also, 2010 membership dues will begin to be taken at the January meeting as well.

The officers of TCRG and their families would like to wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year.

The Indoor Archery League will begin January 17, 2010.

The league will run for ten weeks, ending with a banquet on April 11, 2010, from 2pm until 6pm. The banquet which will feature food and beverages, with door prizes and trophies to be given away.

The participation fee for the league is $20.00, and will cover the cost of the shoots and the banquet. Money will be due by the March meeting, on March 4, 2010, and should be paid by check only, no cash. Checks should be made out to Brooke Manser and put in the archery lock box.

Persons interested in participating in the 2010 Indoor Archery League should sign up on the sheet posted at the TCRG Clubhouse.
